Guesthouse West
Keeping up with the timesAfter 7 years in business, the Guesthouse West is no longer trading.
__________ Bought over by Guestinvest in 2004, Guesthouse West was the forerunner of a concept which has since proved to be pretty successful. The hotel is marketed as a financial product and is owned by private investors who were won over by the catchy slogan “Earn Money while others sleep”. The concept was the brainchild of Johnny Sandelson and has now been further developed in the form of two new London hotels. Ideally situated in trendy Westbourne Grove, right on the doorstep of Portobello Road, the hotel has a beautiful terrace and simple, contemporary décor. However Guesthouse West is not just a hotel, it is an attitude of mind, making a statement through its music, large sofas and Mediterranean-style terrace and attracting lots of people. The rooms are sober and minimalist and all have audio and video equipment and free Internet access. Behind the formal exterior awaits a friendly, very relaxed welcome. The clienteleGuesthouse West attracts an international clientele and is ideal for anyone looking for comfortable, unfussy rooms and a relaxed, lively atmosphere. Notting Hill has a village feel – you could almost forget you are in London.
