Cited by many as Lisbon's best hotel since its opening in the 1960's, the Lisbon Four Seasons Ritz combines the legendary name of the Ritz with the international hotel chain famed for its expected excellence.

The establishment lives up to its reputation.

The recently renovated building counts ten floors and 282 rooms to offer, 272 of which have their own private terrace.  The hotel also offers a spa and fitness center of 700 m2 located on the top floor with a 400m track and an 18m indoor pool.

For those fond of good food, there is the gourmet "Varanda Restaurant" with views overlooking Eduardo VII Park, a large Art Deco inspired lounge known by the name of "Almada Negreiros Lounge" and the glamorously decorated "Ritz Bar".

With areas of between 40 and 250 m2, the rooms are spacious, the most simple located on the lower floors with the deluxe suites closer to the sun.  The richly furnished décor, elegant, though standard, are classic in design.

Overlooking the very busy Place Marquês de Plombal, hotel clients can easily access the Avenida de la Liberdade, which leads to the more typical parts of Lisbon.
