The rue Lavoisier is a small street leading onto the boulevard Malesherbes in the heart of the business quarter, which stretches between Opéra and the boulevard Haussmann.

It is a vibrant area by day but very quiet in the evenings and weekends, despite the constant traffic on the boulevard.

A ten-minute walk will take you to Paris’ main department stores, the place de la Madeleine or to the art galleries and luxury boutiques of the Faubourg Saint Honoré.

The Champs Elysées are over fifteen minutes away by foot.

There is a wide choice of public transport, particularly buses, providing quick easy access to the whole of Paris.
