Location

Myhotel Chelsea is situated on a residential, fairly commercial street on the boundary between Chelsea, South Kensington and Knightsbridge. It is surrounded by residential houses which sit opposite a huge residence and has a number of restaurants on its doorstep, including that of chef Tom Aikens.

The hotel is one street away from the magnificent Michelin House with its art deco Bibendum and restaurants and very close to Walton Street, its bars and art galleries. Two streets away you have Chelsea’s chic boutiques and Harrods and Hyde Park are a mere three or so streets away.

The hotel is also a good ten minutes by foot from the great museums of South Kensington: the colossal Natural History Museum, loved by children, and the V&A, one of the most important museums of decorative art in Europe.

Chelsea is a stylish, lively residential area which is crossed by Kings Road and Fulham Road, home to most of the area’s shops and activity. Of much more interest, however, are the lovely little streets lined with restaurants and tearooms of a standard to meet the gourmet demands of the locals.

With the relative proximity of South Kensington underground station and the multitude of buses on Fulham Road, the whole of London is within easy reach.
