A small building transformed into a luxurious and very intimate hotel, the Residence Suite Sistina has four rooms full of atmosphere and sensuality.

Each room is furnished with king-size or round bed, with either mosaic floor tiling, parquet, or wax polished floors. The bathroom, complete with luxurious bathtub, opens into the room. Clever lighting, exposed brick and Bang & Olufsen hifi equipment is everything you need to forget the sunshine of the city and relax totally.

In order to distinguish itself from this new craze of "charm-design" boutique hotels, which have begun to spring up across Rome, but also to justify prices slightly higher than those of their competitors, the Residence Suite Sistine provides services that you would expect from a luxury hotel (but not all of them) and an unbeatable location, just two steps from the Place d'Espagne.

From a private entry located on the Via Sistina, you take a first staircase to access the Residence on the first floor. The reception lobby is in the corridor, between two bedrooms. One floor up are the two larger bedrooms. Both the hallways and the bedrooms are decorated in the same style.

The staff are friendly and helpful and make a huge effort to satisfy and surprise their guests.
